A helpful listener, who is upbeat, not pushy, professional and knows the Central Oregon Coast real estate market. Carl Felts has been an active Oregon Coast Realtor since 1990. He is a broker with Coldwell Banker Gesik Realty, holds the e-PRO, GRI and CRS professional designations and has been honored many times for his sales performance and dedication.

Most recently Carl was named to Coldwell Bankers International Presidents Circle, an honor reserved for the top 10 percent of Coldwell Banker agents world wide. He serves on the Board of Directors for the Lincoln County Board of Realtors, was Lincoln County 2006 Realtor of the year and has taught real estate finance at Oregon Coast Community College.

Born in central Illinois, graduated from Southern Illinois University, Carl lived in Western Colorado for 17 years before moving to the Oregon Coast and wonders why he didn't move to the beach sooner because it is such a great place to be. He likes the beach, the power of the ocean and most of all the wonderful people that choose to live on the Oregon Coast.
